Our team have been involved with the Adjudication process since its inception in May 1998 and will assist in this fast track procedure with the preparation of claims or representation at Hearings. We advise and represent parties at both enforcement and review proceedings. We also advise Technical Adjudicators.
• Arbitration. We have extensive experience and have acted in numerous large scale and smaller Arbitrations.
• The Courts. We represent parties throughout the UK Court System including the Sheriff Court, Court of Session, English High Court and the Technology and Construction Court. We represent Employers, Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Professional Design Team Members. We specialise particularly in professional negligence claims.
• Alternative Dispute Resolution. We advise and represent clients in Mediations and other procedures best suited to our clients' position.
